Whole Pig Deposit

Reserve your order for a whole pig! This purchase option saves you 15-20% when compared to buying individual cuts. Our pigs are wood-lot pastured and only fed Non-GMO feed.

This deposit reserves for you your whole pig, which will be ready for pick up at our farm store by mid-October 2019. We have our pork processed at Galvinel’s, a USDA inspected facility. All cuts come frozen and packed in vacuum sealed packages. Processing prices typically run around $1.50/lb. You can choose to have us select a standard set of cuts for your pork, or you can have the butcher contact you to get completely custom cuts.

In the standard set of cuts you will find:

  • Pork chops
  • Breakfast + sweet italian sausage in casing
  • Bone-in loin roast
  • Bacon, smoked and cured
  • Scrapple
  • Whole hams, smoked and cured
  • Spare ribs
  • Shoulder roasts
  • Some soup bones

When buying a whole pig, the price will be $4.25/lb. All prices based off the hanging weight. Expect to get back approximately 160-200lbs of pork. Estimated cost: $990-$1125 (depending on weight) plus processors fee. The $150 deposit in non-refundable.
