Reserve your order for a whole pig! This purchase option saves you 15-20% when compared to buying individual cuts. Our pigs are wood-lot pastured and only fed Non-GMO feed.

We have our pork processed at Schmucker’s, a USDA inspected facility. All cuts come frozen and packed in vacuum sealed packages. This deposit reserves your pig, which will be ready for pick up at our farm store in either late July-early August OR Late October – early November. We will email you once your pork is ready for pick up.

You can choose to have us select a standard set of cuts for your pork, or you can have the butcher contact you to get completely custom cuts.

In the standard set of cuts you will find:

  • Pork chops
  • Breakfast + sweet Italian sausage
  • 2 Loin roast
  • Bacon, smoked
  • 2 Half hams, smoked
  • Ham steaks
  • Ham Hocks
  • Spare ribs
  • Shoulder roasts
  • Some soup bones
  • 4 Pork feet
  • 15-20lbs Pork fat for making lard

When buying a whole pig, the price will be $4.25/lb. All prices based off the hanging weight. Expect to get back approximately 160-200lbs of pork. Estimated cost: $1350-$1500 (depending on weight). This includes the processors fee. The $150 deposit is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: When adding this bulk buy to your cart, it will ask you to choose a pick up date at checkout. Please choose “pick up at Freedom Valley Farm Store”, and choose any date. This date is irrelevant. You will pick up your bulk buy within the time frame you choose on this page. Our online check-out just automatically forces you to pick a pickup date at check out. Also know you may receive a reminder email corresponding to the pickup date you choose at checkout for your bulk buy, please also disregard that reminder email.
