Reserve your order for a whole pig! This purchase option saves you up to 20% when compared to buying individual cuts. Our pigs are wood-lot pastured and only fed Non-GMO Soy-Free feed.
We have our pork processed at USDA inspected facilities. All cuts come frozen and packed in vacuum sealed packages. This deposit reserves your pig, which will be ready for pick up at our farm in November. We will email you once your pork is ready for pick up.
You can choose to have us select a standard set of cuts for your pork, or you can have us contact you to get completely custom cuts (we will contact you for these instructions close to the time your pork goes to the butcher).
In the standard set of cuts you will find:
- Pork chops
- Breakfast + sweet Italian sausage
- 2 Loin roasts
- Bacon, smoked and nitrate free
- 2 Half hams, smoked and nitrate free
- Ham steaks, smoked and nitrate free
- Ham Hocks, smoked and nitrate free
- Spare ribs
- Boston Butt shoulder roasts
- Some soup bones
- 4 Pork feet and 2 pork ears
- 15-20lbs Pork fat for making lard
When buying a whole pig, the price will be $5.30/lb. All prices based off the hanging weight. Expect to get back approximately 160-200lbs of pork. Estimated cost: $1390-$1760 (depending on weight). This includes the processors fee. The $150 deposit is non-refundable.
Available Immediately: We often have some bulk pork in stock and ready for immediate pickup. The price you see in the cart is the total and final price. You can choose to pick up this pork at our farm or have it delivered to you (depending on your location). This whole pig is a BBQ roaster pig, frozen with head on.
