These chicken backs are from our pasture raised chickens that are free from GMOs, soy, antibiotics, vaccines, and added hormones. The chicken backs are what is left over after the breasts, wings and legs have been removed. They are amazing for bone broths and work great for soups and stews. There typically is still some meat left behind on the backs. 2 backs per each 2-3lb pack.
50-60lb boxes of backs will have all backs frozen together in 1 large bag. Please note we do not regularly keep these 50lb boxes in stock, they must be ordered and we will notify you when we will have them ready for you.
