How To Order A Quarter Pasture Raised Pig

1. Choose a month from the drop down menu. This will be when your quarter pasture raised pig will be ready.
2. Pay the deposit and finish check-out. This non-refundable deposit reserves your pork for you and will be taken off your order total.
3. We will send you an email once your quarter pig is ready for pickup/shipping. This email will have your total included. Pay your invoice at pickup, or prior to being shipped if you choose shipping as your delivery method.

Pricing: Estimated total: $540-$600 (depending on weight) and this includes the butchers fee. We charge $7.95/lb. on the hanging weight for a quarter pasture raised pig. The hanging weight is the weight of the 1/4 pig after head and internals have been removed.

Weight: Your take home weight will be less than the hanging weight, due to trimming and removal of bones. Expect to put 45-55lbs of pork in your freezer.

What is "standard cuts"?: In a standard set of cuts you can expect to find the following:

• Bone-in pork chops
• Maple breakfast and sweet Italian sausage
• Bacon, smoked (nitrate free)
• Smoked ham steaks or half ham (nitrate free)
• 1 Sparerib
• 1-2 Shoulder roasts
• 1 Pig foot
• Organs, bones and fat available upon request

All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled at USDA inspected facilities.

Where's The Pork Come From?: We humanely raise our pigs right here on our Maryland family farm. Our pigs spend their days rotationally grazing wood-lot pastures, giving them lots of sunshine and fresh air. We never use any antibiotics, vaccines or added hormones. The pigs receive a supplemental feed that is both Non-GMO and soy-free.

Available Immediately: This is a 1/4 pig that is in stock and ready for immediate pickup. By choosing this option, you will pay the total amount for it on our website, and it is ready to go out the door immediately after completing checkout.
