Quarter Beef Deposit

Reserve your order for 1/4 of our 100% grass fed beef. You can choose to get your quarter of beef in either June, August or November 2021. We have our beef processed by Smuckers Meats and Rising Spring Meat Company. Both processors dry age the beef for 1-2 weeks. All cuts are vacuum wrapped and hard frozen. You will then be notified once your beef is available for pick up at the farm.

Available Immediately: On occasion we have some bulk beef in stock and ready for immediate pickup. The price you see in the cart is the total and final price. You can choose to pick up this beef at our farm or have it delivered to you (depending on your location). See the drop down menu for availability.

All prices are based off of the hanging weight. Our price is $5.29/lb. for a quarter. Please note that your take home weights on the beef will be less than the hanging weight, because of trimming and removal of some bones.

To accommodate increased demand, some of our beef this year will come from our partner farms that we work with in Pennsylvania, namely from Bill Brooks and Dale Stoltzfus. These farms are practicing the same methods of farming we do, including mob stock grazing, continuous rotations, no antibiotic usage, and 100% grass fed from start to finish. These are trusted partners that are more friends then business partners, we 100% trust their product and quality.

In a quarter share of beef you can expect to find the following:

  • Steaks: Porterhouse, T-Bone, Bone-in Sirloin, rib steak (ribeye) cut to 1″ thickness and possibly chip steak
  • Roasts: Sirloin tip, Round, Chuck and possibly London broil
  • Also included: Ground beef (in 1lb packages) Beef cubes, ribs and soup bones.

Plan on getting back 90-110lbs. of beef. Estimated cost: $900 – $1150, and this includes the processing fee. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
