This full flavored very tender grass fed flat iron steak is cut from the chuck section, and is great on the grill or in a very hot cast iron. This steak come from our 100% grass fed beef, free from antibiotics, vaccines and added hormones. 1 steak per package, around 8oz or 0.5lbs each.
