“We’ve been ordering a 1/4 beef from Freedom Valley Farm for several years now, and the quality is outstanding! It is important to me that our beef be grass-fed and finished, and their beef tastes so much better than anything you get in a supermarket.”
“My husband and I ordered a half cow for the first time this past year, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.”
“We love the quality of their meat. Everything we get is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We also love that we are getting a meat that is home raised, not full of conventional products, and has better nutrition values. Highly suggest bulk buys, great value and helps you stock up your home.”

100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef
Our beef cows are raised and finished on grass forages. They are not fed any grain. They are moved to fresh grass paddocks at least daily, this not only increases sanitation by moving them away from yesterday’s droppings, but also helps build soil and grass productivity. They are fed grass hay during the winter. We also don’t use any antibiotics, vaccines or added hormones.
By keeping our cows on grass and always on the move, we stray far from the conventional methods of raising beef animals, which involves confined spaces and lots of grain for their feed.

Our beef comes from our partner farmers that we work with in Pennsylvania. These farms are practicing the same methods of farming we do, including mob stock grazing, continuous rotations, no antibiotic, vaccine or hormone usage, and 100% grass fed from start to finish. They graze their cows on sweet grass pastures, ensuring a superior finished product that is 100% grass fed and grass finished.
